SALVATION

The definition of the word salvation means, the act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss or destruction.  The state of being saved or protected from harm, risk, loss, or destruction.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Mark 16:16- He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Those who accept Jesus Christ and his offer of salvation by faith will be saved, but those who reject it will be condemned.
John 15: 5-7- I am the vine, you are the branches, he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit, for without me you can do nothing.  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch and is withered, and men gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned. If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you.
Luke 17:24-30- For as lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven, so shall also the Son of man be in his day.  But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot, they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.  Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
Revelation 1:7- Behold, he cometh with clouds and every eye shall see him and they also which pierced him; and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Mark 8:34-38- And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.  For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?  Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believe that he died on the cross for your sins and that God raised him from the dead for your justification, repent of your sins and ask him to come into your heart, take over your life and make you brand new, in Jesus name, Amen.
